Don’t let your holiday derail your health and fitness achievements

We’ve all been there in the past. You were doing so well. You were eating healthily, exercising regularly. You were feeling and looking great. Then you go on holiday and it all goes wrong. 2 weeks horizontal in the sunshine, eating far too much and drinking even more. When you get back and try to return to your schedule, you find you have to start from zero again.
